# Survival, cells and the preparations studied

> Epitalon bibliography — Keystone Peptide — The Keystone Peptide reading list: Epitalon survival and cell experiments, the human Epithalamin cohort and a review of proposed mechanisms.

**Reading list**

The mouse experiment is the starting point. The cell findings and the human follow-up make the argument more complicated.

## Starting with survival

The [female SHR mouse paper](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14501183/) is the best introduction to the argument here because its maximum and mean lifespan findings pull attention in different directions. The [human follow-up](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14523363/) is worth opening alongside it, with Epithalamin still in its name.

For the cellular work, the [fetal fibroblast experiment](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12937682/) and the [normal- and cancer-cell comparison](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40908429/) make a useful pair. The full list follows.

Keystone Peptide is my argument with the published Epitalon experiments, especially the mouse near the middle of the group, and these essays provide no medical advice.
